Our newest apartments have been completely remodeled! These very secure apartments which come with a gated parking lot and a fob entry system in the front and back of the complex to let tenants in (Inside of each apartment is equipped with this entry system to give guests access to the building from the comfort of your apartment). The building also has four new decks that are all for common use, as well as an elevator for ease of transportation. The large two and three bedroom apartments have original hardwood floors from 1905 that have been refinished and look beautiful with the new tile bathrooms we installed in each apartment. All of our apartments are also equipped with brand new LG Appliances kitchen appliances, and washer and dryer! Utilities are not included!

This building features two large 1 bedroom apartments that are recently remodeled from top to bottom. We created a welcoming space with an open concept, it has a large kitchen connected to the entertainment area. Our one bedroom apartments are equipped with brand new LG Appliances like the fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer! They both have a large a large bathroom and laundry rooms. Utilities are not included!

All four of our large 2 bedroom apartments are located on the second floor, with the exception of one 2 bedroom on the first floor. The three on the second floor all have original hardwood floors from 1905 that have been refinished, and look beautiful with the kitchens and brand new tile bathrooms we installed in each 2 bedroom apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartments are also equipped with brand new LG kitchen appliances, and washer and dryer! Utilities are not included!

Our three bedroom apartments have two stories, on the first, you find two bedrooms, two baths, a laundry room, kitchen, and small family room; while the second floor has a massive family room with a skylight and a much large bedroom with its own bathroom. Our three bedroom apartments are also equipped with brand new LG Appliances like the fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer! Utilities are not included!
